Indian Institutes of Management IIM CAT 2008-2009

CAT means Common Admission Test. That is held for the admission in Topmost Business schools. SP Jain, MICA, and T A Pai are such a few top business school. The test will be held in Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) and it is on the basis of CAT result that the eligible candidates are short listed and called for a Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The percentile secured in CAT is assessed by the B-Schools in India for short-listing candidates for admissions to their various MBA Programs.

IIM CAT 2008-2009 Eligibility

1. 3 years bachelor degree with 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST)
2. Those students who are awaiting results are also eligible for the CAT 2009.

IIM CAT 2008-2009 How to Apply:

Application form can be taken from branches of Axis Bank on payment of Rs. 1300/- (Rs. 650/- for SC/ST candidates). It can also be taken by post by sending DD of Rs. 1300/- (Rs. 650/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favor of the respective IIM. You should send a self addressed and without stamp envelop which have the size of 12” x 10”.
